Do you know that Singapore's Ngee Ann City and its neighbors were built over a cemetery?
According to this online article, it was previously known as Tai Shan Ting Cemetery, a Teochew burial ground which had approximately 25,000 to 30,000 graves.

It was owned by Ngee Ann Kongsi and was cleared in the 1950s to make way for commercial development.
The first building built there was the 10-storey high Ngee Ann Building. However, it was unprofitable and reportedly haunted. It was torn down in 1985 to make way for the new Ngee Ann City, followed by Wisma Atria and ION Orchard.
It is so interesting. From a Feng Shui perspective, it is easy to see why Ngee Ann City was designed the way it is now.

Do you know the house which Zhang Xinniang lived in the MediaCorp' drama Emerald Hill is actually in Singapore and it's 120 years old. Despite being so old, the longest period of anyone who ever lived there was 13 years. It was built to oversee the harbour from the hill but from a fengshui's perspective, the energy cannot accumulate.
No family can last for many generations living in such a house, exactly as to what happened to the Zhang family in the drama.

Mr Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala co-wrote the book "Know Your Future" in 2010 while he was the Secretary-General of Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission.

Why would a high level intellect dabble in this utter nonsense?
As an alumnus of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), he would have known better if this is complete hogwash, let alone write a book about it.

The truth is that he knows professional astrology works.

Born on 1 Jan 2000 at 00.00am, Qian Qian became famous in China as the first millennial baby. Now at age 25, she is an artist in the music industry but a recent fever and abdominal pain led to a sudden cardiac arrest and her shocking demise.

Based on Vedic astrology, she is currently in her Jupiter/Sun luck cycle. The Sun conjunct Mercury in the birth chart, so will give the effects of Mercury, which represents herself.
