Shida - Clinic Assistant
How long have you been working at our clinic?
I’ve been part of the team for 6 years, and it’s been an incredible journey!
What inspired you to pursue a role at The ENT Clinic?
I wanted to assist patients in distress and make a difference in their lives.
Can you describe a typical day in your role?
A typical day includes registering patients, assisting doctors with procedures, booking surgeries, and dispensing medicine. Each day brings something new and fulfilling.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
The most rewarding part is seeing the positive impact we have on our patients’ lives—helping them overcome challenges and improve their health is incredibly gratifying.
Sofia - Clinic In-Charge (Manager)
How long have you been working at our clinic?
I joined over 6 months ago—time flies!
What inspired you to pursue a role at The ENT Clinic?
I love helping patients improve their quality of life, especially when it comes to breathing and hearing. Many take these for granted, but they can greatly impact a person's well-being.
Can you describe a typical day in your role?
My day involves ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, dispensing medications, assisting doctors with procedures, and helping patients with their claims.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Hearing from patients that they breathe and sleep better is incredibly fulfilling.
Do you have a memorable patient story to share?
There was a older gentleman who came to us with sudden hearing loss. After a few sessions of treatment, his hearing returned to normal, he was overjoyed!
What’s one fun fact about yourself?
I’m not too bad at drawing and painting! 😄
