Everyone wants "sustainable results" from their fitness and weight loss programs - but have you ever stopped to consider that the BALANCE between sustainability and results isn't quite so easy?

If you want to get - and KEEP - results long-term, you have to break free of the restriction-binge cycle and commit to just a few key behaviours - all of which I outline in this week's post.
