Dr Terry Teo, our spine surgeon, recently visited the team at TSquared Physio (Harbourfront) for a collaborative discussion on spine care. They shared perspectives on common spinal conditions and talked through motion-preserving options such as disc replacements and endoscopic procedures—treatments that can benefit selected patients.

Our spine surgeon, Dr Terry Teo, had the privilege of speaking at the 42nd International Congress of the Korean Society of Spine Surgery. It was a meaningful opportunity to share his experience using a high-definition 3D exoscope in lateral spine surgery — a tool that helps improve visibility during surgery and also supports education for the next generation of surgeons.

This past Sunday, Dr. Roland Chong, Dr. Terry Teo, and Dr. Lim Baoying joined the 4th annual challenge, cycling a combined 28.52 km to support children awaiting life-changing facial surgeries.

Their commitment goes beyond the clinic, pedaling with purpose to bring hope and healing to those in need.

Dr Terry Teo was recently invited to the Siriraj Orthopaedic Learning Centre in Bangkok to share on the treatment of degenerative lumbar disease using the extreme lateral approach.

He had the privilege of conducting a hands-on workshop and live demonstration with surgeons from across the region. It was a humbling experience to be part of this exchange of knowledge and to learn from fellow colleagues committed to improving spine care.

Grateful to the team at Siriraj Hospital for the warm hospitality and continued efforts to advance spine care across the region.

Surgeons from across Southeast Asia recently gathered in Cebu for DDU ASEAN 2025 to exchange knowledge and share techniques in advancing spine care.

Our spine specialist, Dr Terry Teo, was honoured to be invited on the panel, where he spoke on the topic of lateral spine surgery and its role in minimally invasive deformity correction.

Dr Terry is grateful for the opportunity to learn from and with peers from the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Vietnam — all dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with spinal conditions.
