The fee waiver for Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Form 1 applications by Singapore Citizens has been extended to 31 March 2026.

This is welcome news for those who have been desperately trying to get their LPA's done before the end March 2023 dateline.

Do still try to complete your LPAs when you can by calling our clinic at 65355151 for an appointment.

Covid-19 Vaccination at The Medical Clinic

We are pleased to share that we have been accredited for, and will be commencing Pfizer Cominarty covid-19 vaccinations from 25 Nov 2021.

Bookings can be made via the usual ministry of health vaccination portal and choosing The Medical Clinic Pte Ltd in the list at https://appointment.vaccine.gov.sg/ , or you can call our clinic directly at 65355151 for an appointment.

Good morning!

I have had several questions regarding registration of vaccination status in the Singapore National Immunisation Registry (NIR) if one has had their covid vaccine completed abroad.

Well, we can soon do that once it is released by MOH, and will update you.
For the moment, here are the criteria:

1. You need to be a Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long-Term Pass (e.g. Long-Term Visitor Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass) Holders (LTPH);

2. you need to have an overseas COVID-19 vaccination document and;

3. the vaccine used should be authorised by the Heath Sciences Authority under the Pandemic Special Access Route (PSAR)[2] or listed on the World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL)[3].

Do drop us a line should you have any further queries regarding this.

Meanwhile, as always, stay safe, wear a mask, wash you hands, safe distance and get vaccinated (if you haven't already done so)
