Just as nurturing plants requires many different elements, Alexandra Hospital values the strength of a diverse team of healthcare professionals supporting every patient’s journey 🌱

In celebration of Allied Health and Pharmacy Day, our colleagues from the Allied Health and Pharmacy teams brought the spirit of care beyond their usual areas of work through conducting a series of microgreens workshops with EDIBLE GARDEN CITY. Together with staff and community members from Lions Befrienders, they turned upcycled containers, including medication bottles into mini planters.

It was a simple yet meaningful activity that mirrors how patient care, like growing microgreens, thrives through the right mix of knowledge, collaboration and care ❤️

➡️ Do not answer unsolicited calls or reply to unknown SMSes or emails.
➡️ Do not divulge sensitive information or login credentials to anyone.
➡️ Key in login credentials or personal information only on the NUHS App or our official website.
➡️ Ensure that you have entered the correct website address and do not click on links from unsolicited SMSes and/or emails to get to our official website.
➡️ Visit our official website to see if information is legitimate.

Please report to us immediately should anyone receive unusual calls, SMSes or emails purporting to be from AH that ask for sensitive information. Contact us at 69082222 or contactus@nuhs.edu.sg.

Our Story

Alexandra Hospital is the first integrated general hospital in Singapore that provides a single continuum of care across different settings -- from acute, sub-acute to rehabilitative care -- under one roof. Care is anchored by a team with a principal doctor, and provided through five key programmes. These programmes cover preventive care, one-stop/one-bed inpatient acute care, chronic care, healthy ageing, and palliative care. The healthcare team and its care managers work closely with patients, families and community partners to initiate clinical and social interventions early. The aim is to provide as seamless and holistic of an experience as possible, with the best patient outcomes, by being the patient’s link to the National University Health System’s (NUHS) members, GPs, Polyclinics, VWOs and social care partners.
