Losing your patience with your child can leave behind a kind of guilt that lingers long after the moment has passed.

This Mother’s Day, we’re sharing a series on parental guilt and the unseen pressures that come with it.

Being a mum can be overwhelming. And when we raise our voice or react in ways we didn’t intend to, it can feel like we’ve fallen short. Like we should have handled it better.

It’s easy to fall into a spiral and label ourselves as a bad mother. But we forget that we’re allowed to be human too.

What matters in parenting isn’t just being calm all the time. It’s also how we repair after the rupture. Coming back and letting your child know you’re still there can be a powerful way to reconnect.

These moments don’t undo the relationship you share. In many ways, they can be part of what strengthens it.❤️

There are parts of ourselves we try to hide - the cracks, wounds, fears, and insecurities we carry quietly within.

But like kintsugi, healing is not about erasing what has broken us. It is about allowing God to restore us with tenderness, grace, and love. ✨

Join us for BRAVE: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made - a psycho-spiritual workshop exploring healing, identity, and the beauty of being held by God even in our brokenness.

Taking a break as a mom can feel… uncomfortable in ways we don’t always talk about.

This Mother’s Day, we’re sharing a series on parental guilt and the unseen pressures that come with it.

As mums, we often feel this expectation to be on top of things all the time. So when we slow down and take time for ourselves, guilt shows up. Like we’re being selfish.

But needing rest isn’t a flaw. It’s part of being human. Without rest, it becomes harder to show up in the way you want to.

Rest isn’t a break from being a good mum. It’s what makes it possible to show up with patience, presence, and care for the people you love. ❤️

The social media team is out of ideas… so please just sign up for BRAVE 😭✋

In this BRAVE, we’ll be taking time to pause, reflect, and gently unpack the beliefs that make us feel like we’re not enough - learning to see ourselves instead through compassion, truth, and God’s love.

Through guided reflection and a Kintsugi workshop with Father Andrew, we’re reminded that our cracks aren’t flaws to hide, but part of a story still being restored.

So… this is your sign. Are you coming? 👀

TikTok says gratitude and depression can't coexist. Is that true?

"You can't feel grateful and depressed at the same time." Sounds simple, right? But is it accurate, or a dangerous oversimplification?

In our 3rd episode of 'Therapist Reacts!', Tammy, our clinical psychologist, analyzes this viral TikTok trend.

Depression is a medical condition, not a lack of thankfulness. Forcing gratitude can often make people feel worse, not better.
