She is a certified hypnotherapist by the International Medical and Dental Association of Hypnotherapists and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. She is also a trained coach from the Life Coaching Academy of Australia and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Prior to coaching and hypnotherapy, Barbara was a top female Asian management executive in global companies, building business and developing people for over 30 years. Thus, she completely understands the pressures and stress in the workplace. For over 10 years, she was also managed a company that provides a personalized weight loss program through nutrition which helped transform and save thousands of lives from obesity and lifestyle-related diseases. Mindful Living Asia provides a safe and courageous space for change and healing through Online Transformational Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Coaching. You are not your past mistakes. You are not your parents or grandparents. You are not even all your past jobs. Do not define your present and your future with your past. You are SO much more than that.

You can embrace your past and learn from them. But do not dwell on them. Focus on how you want to make your present better and your future great.

You can also look at others to learn and to get inspiration. But do not try to live another person's life. You are you. No one will ever be the same as you. You are in your own race. You are not in competition for your own life. Stay in your lane.

Focus on becoming the best of what you want to become. And you will reach your dream destination faster than you think.

Instead of looking back and looking out. Look inside.

A transformational coach, Barbara is focused on the heart of change which is the MIND. She combines the power of Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP to create change at the conscious and subconscious levels of the mind.
