一句“你吃饱没有？”，是年轻一辈的影迷，透过《钱不够用2》这经典对白认识的黎明。

事实上，获封拿督，被尊称为“黎明姨”的黎明，是陪伴大马三代华人成长的国宝级艺人。因为她乐观的个性，渐渐成为我们大马人心中的开心果。

何奈，这位国宝级女艺人黎明姨，日前因肾功能衰竭导致水肿入院治疗，最后在昨日不敌病魔以90岁高龄撒手人寰。
我们都是“从小看着黎明姨长大”的，感念她对大马戏剧的贡献，以及她留给我们＂活到老，演到老＂坚持不放弃的精神，仅此祝福她安息，一路好走。

净空法师说：十念，這是對於工作非常繁忙的人，他沒有時間念佛，那怎麼辦？教他十念法，這古大德教的。
用十念法做為早晚定課，早晨起來洗臉漱口之後，家裡供佛像就面對佛像，家裡沒有佛像就面對西方，盡一口氣叫一念，不管這一念多少聲就算一念，阿彌陀佛、阿彌陀佛、阿彌陀佛，盡一口氣一念，念十口氣叫十念法。
十念法很多，哪一種對自己有效果就學哪一種，沒有拘束。
我過去住在新加坡也傳了一個十念法，我十念法確實只有十句，一句阿彌陀佛就是一句，十句，所以時間很短，兩分鐘就念完了，但是一天念九次，這會有效果，你不會忘記。
1. 早晨起床的時候念一次，十念，兩分鐘，不浪費你的時間；
2. 晚上睡覺之前念一次，這是早晚，每一次就二、三分鐘，你決定能找出這個時間。
3. 三餐飯吃飯之前我不念供養咒，我合掌念阿彌陀佛，阿彌陀佛，念十聲阿彌陀佛，念三次，加上早晚兩次；
4. 你工作上工、放工，上工念一次才開始工作，收工之後念一次，上午兩次，下午兩次，九次，一天九次，一次都不能缺，這也叫十念。
這個方法很多人學，很多人告訴我，有效果，真的不耽誤時間。
我這個方法從哪裡學來的？從伊斯蘭教學來的，諸位知道回教一天五次禱告，真管用！那我們九次，我們禱告這個禱告的文比它短，我們就十句佛號，二、三分鐘就行了。
重要的是什麼？是時時刻刻能提得起來，你不會忘記，真管用！臨命終時，蒙佛攝受，便生極樂，這個方法真可靠，真靠得住。為什麼？因為你熟了，你當中隔的時間不長，馬上就想起來了，把它養成一個習慣，臨命終時它就產生極大的作用。
能不能往生關係在最後的一念，在斷氣之前的這個一念它是阿彌陀佛就決定得生。所以你說養成習慣多重要。我們依照這個方法修，這個方法符合阿彌陀佛的本願，第十八願「十念必生」，所以到時候佛一定來接引你。
