Team Carla – ABR Session with Leonid Blyum, September 2025: Building Deeper Strength 🌿
This September, Team Carla, a long-standing ABR family from Toledo, met again with Leonid Blyum, founder of Advanced Biomechanical Rehabilitation (ABR), for a new in-person assessment and training session.
✨ Following the great progress observed in June 2025, this visit focused on refining and consolidating Carla’s structural base — strengthening the deep layers that support posture, symmetry, and comfort.
Key observations from Leonid’s assessment:
✔️ A wider, more stable torso, with better rib and spinal organization.
✔️ Stable scoliosis and improved vertical alignment, showing internal equilibrium.
✔️ Greater integration between pelvis and abdomen, with more elasticity and core control.
✔️ Legs and feet more responsive, providing better ground contact for sitting and standing balance.
✔️ Arms and shoulders more structurally connected, enhancing overall harmony.
During the visit, the family also shared a beautiful moment:
“We went to the social-health support center where Carla was first followed as a baby. The professionals who saw her years ago were amazed — they said she now looks strong, full, and healthy, unlike most children they see who lose strength as they grow. With ABR, Carla keeps getting stronger each year — that’s something rare to witness.”
The new program continues using ABR Stations, Superheads, and the Hyperspeed Percussion tool, aiming to further activate fascial layers and enhance rotational symmetry of the trunk and pelvis.
Next goals:
🔹 Refine midline control and respiratory symmetry
🔹 Deepen central fascial activation
🔹 Strengthen leg integration and foot loading
🔹 Maintain a balanced, elastic spine
Carla’s journey is a testimony to how precision and consistency build lasting transformation. Each session adds harmony and resilience, giving her body a stronger foundation for every movement.
👏 Congratulations, Team Carla — your dedication is rewriting the story of what’s possible over time!
