LEVEL Strength Club: In this class, we’ll help you build your strength while having a blast. We’ll provide exercises that will challenge your body, boost your confidence, and leave you feeling empowered.

LEVEL Hybrid Training Club: This combines the best of strength, cardio, and power in one intense class. A mix of exercises will challenge your body at a high intensity.

LEVEL Seniors’ Club: This class is specifically designed for seniors looking to improve their strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.

Starting your strength training journey is exciting, but you might be doing some mistakes that hinder your progress. It is best to get the most out of every workout and stay injury-free.

Never skip warm-up. Always take a few minutes to warm up those muscles and prep your joints.

Lifting heavy is great, but form comes first. Perfect your technique with lighter weights before adding on the pounds. Quality reps are always greater than quantity.

Even if you're eager to see results fast, start small and build gradually to avoid injury and see sustainable progress.

Avoid neglecting rest days. Progress isn’t just about lifting; it’s also about letting your muscles recover.

Mix in squats, deadlifts, pulls and rows to work multiple muscles and maximize gains.

Lastly, always prioritize eat nutritious meals and drink plenty of water for great performance and recovery.

Train hard, but train smart, so you can watch yourself get stronger every day.
