Some daily habits seem harmless, but over time, they can cause tension, pain, and long-term problems.

As physios, there are certain things we would never do, and we encourage you to rethink them, too. Cradling your phone between your ear and shoulder, hunching over a laptop without breaks, sleeping in awkward positions, carrying a heavy bag on one shoulder, wearing unsupportive shoes, or sitting on the floor for hours without moving may all seem small, but they add up.
