In my last corporate job, I worked
12-15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week.
My system was constantly activated.
And even when I stopped working, nothing actually settled.
I didn't know sound healing existed back then.
Even if I did, my schedule wouldn't have allowed me to attend any in-person sessions.
After I became a sound practitioner, that version of myself still stayed with me — trying her best to hold everything together, and quietly burning out.
