For us, holistic care means looking after the mind, body, and spirit.

Our Christian Support Group, comprising of staff members and volunteers, came together to run a special bedside prayer activity for our residents. We are incredibly grateful for the group, whose presence brings comfort and strength to our patients during their recovery.

Through these heartfelt partnerships, we continue serving with heart and hope, regardless of race or religion.

Have a blessed and meaningful Good Friday.

Every year, our Psychosocial Services (PSS) department hosts a celebration for all our staff to join. This year, they hosted an event titled Passage of Light.

Participants were invited to view an immersive welcome exhibition featuring stories from and of our residents, before joining the highlight of the event - a moving Human Library session, where we were given the opportunity to hear directly from our PSS colleagues, volunteers and even our residents. They spoke about the various PSS programmes they facilitated and participated in, opening up opportunities for heartfelt sharing and exchanges.

When we share our journeys, we light the way for one another. Thank you to our wonderful PSS team for all that you do!

Our Story

The roots of Ren Ci traced back to 1994 with the primary mission of providing affordable medical, nursing and rehabilitative care services for the community, living to its name of “compassion” and “benevolence”. This is driven by the principle of serving all irrelevance of background, race and religion.

As a charity healthcare institution, we have stood by time and challenge to grow, supporting residents and patients from low income families. We strive to fulfil the wishes of our patients through guiding them back into society from the comfort of our community hospital and nursing homes. Beside government assistance, our work has garnered the generous support from donors of all from walks of life; every dollar has empowered them with a new lease of hope. This is exceptionally crucial to the sustainability of our deliveries to the benefits of those we serve. Your assistance is the best supplement for our beneficiaries.

Ren Ci will continue to play an active role in the growing prevalence of the silver population in Singapore through supporting the healthcare needs of the senior community.
