Join us for this year’s Flight of the Garuda program which marks the second cycle of this rare and profound meditation training guided by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.

In this newly refined round, Dr. Nida offers teachings directly from the Tibetan root text of Flight of the Garuda, the Dzogchen classic by the great yogi Shabkar. This cycle follows a new translation and deeper commentary, bringing more clarity and accessibility to Shabkar’s songs of realization.

In this 100-day journey of theoretical teachings and direct meditation instructions, practitioners will engage in a complete journey through the view, meditation, and conduct of the Great Perfection (Dzogpachenpo).

Mustang is a place of immense beauty, but its isolation makes access to healthcare a challenge for many. We are bridging this gap through the wisdom of Sowa Rigpa. This camp is entirely free for the local citizens, offering them the care and attention they deserve.
