Today was a quiet reminder that consistency matters more than convenience.

Time was limited, but I chose to show up anyway — 30 minutes of on-the-spot jogging at 180 bpm, and 90 kettlebell swings. Not perfect, not long, but intentional.

Sometimes, discipline isn’t about doing more… it’s about refusing to do nothing. YES!

Beyond the physical, I also leaned into learning — understanding what skincare and cosmetic labels truly mean from a scientific perspective versus a marketing perspective.

Real growth isn’t just what we do with our bodies, but how we sharpen our awareness and decision-making.
Today’s progress wasn’t loud. 💖But it was real. 🌟And real always compounds.

Congratulating myself for showing up one more day!

Investing in my future heath one out of the 4 ways

1) physical health - ✅ moderate exercise regularly

2) emotional health - 💕 meditated today

3) more whole plant foods - ❣️ this I show up daily as it’s too easy and convenient not to - in 1 minute I can consume 300+g of 10 different types of greens 🥬, 2+ g of fibre , whole soy for my protein and calcium with K2 and magnesium for my bone and muscle health

Today I took 10 minutes for a 心流 meditation; just sitting quietly and planting empowering thoughts into my subconscious.

So many thoughts pass through us each day… memories, worries, anxiety, excitement. But in that stillness, I felt calm, grounded, and clear.

Sometimes, all we need is a pause—to gently choose what we allow to take root within us. 🌱

I’ve found that the best way to stay consistent is to make growth and improvement a natural part of my day.

In my flat, my workout space and my learning space are one and the same. By watching a video while I jog, I’m sharpening my mind and moving my body at the same time.

It’s about making it convenient. When I don’t have to "go" anywhere, I have no reason to skip. I’m not chasing perfection; I’m just chasing that 1% improvement every single day.

My Daily Gains:
• Convenience: If it's easy to start, it’s easy to keep going.
• Feeding the Mind: Learning while moving keeps me inspired.
• Small Wins: Just being a little better than yesterday is the goal.

Investing in health and growth, one step at a time.

Note to self :
It took me years to reach this solution. After years of thinking gym room or bulky equipment was the only two ways to train.

I searched , trial and tested. Tested which was easier for consistency ….. and I’m thankful I’m come this far because I never gave up looking for a another way to make exercise so easy that showing up becomes a joy

So if you haven’t been consistent maybe you just need to find something easy

Let’s stop just watching the clock and start watching the horizon.

My takeaway from learning about Lu Su: Whether we are hitting a workout or navigating a business shift, we need to lift our heads. Let’s focus on identifying our true rivals, choosing the right path, and building a "Long Middle Plan" that lasts. When we expand our mindset, we stop reacting to the present and start building for the future.

The most rewarding part of this journey is collaborating with those who see the same horizon. For those who prioritize legacy and long-term strategy, I always leave room at the table for an engaging conversation.

Watching my girl head off to her frisbee club trial last week was a reminder of that beautiful, relentless energy youth has. She did her best in the trials, but today, the adrenaline has faded, replaced by a strained right shin and a stubborn knee.
So, we find ourselves at the chiropractor today.

In our family, we’ve always leaned toward a "nature-first" approach to recovery, whenever possible ( non emergency situations that is)
No quick-fix medications or masking the symptoms—just alignment, therapy, and giving the body the space it needs to heal itself naturally. 🧘‍♀️Our body is complicated and has high wisdom. ❣️

It’s about building long-term resilience rather than just looking for a temporary patch.

As I sat in the waiting room while she had her session, I had a moment of deep gratitude. 🙏
I didn’t have to check a leave balance or check the deadlines for “permission” to be here.

Choosing an online career wasn't just about professional growth; it was about the sovereignty of time. Being able to work from anywhere, at any time, means that when the "strains of life" happen, I’m not just a voice on the phone—I’m the person in the chair next to her.
These moments are exactly what I had change my career trajectory for and I am grateful for the brave decision I made years ago.

Life moves fast, and frisbees fly even faster 🫢💖
I’m just glad I’ve built a life where I don’t have to miss the landing—even the bumpy ones.

Reflections on a Fruitful Day
Today was all about the "internal system" check.

At 7.30pm I started by showing up physically—30 minutes of jogging at 180 bpm to train my heart and lungs. Adding on was 70 reps of cardio and muscle building kettlebell swings that also recalibrate the brain and build that cognitive reserve. There’s something about a vigorous workout that clears the path for better learning.

By 9 PM, I am refreshed and shifted from physical endurance to mental expansion, diving into human management and the art of "addressing the issue, not the person." It’s a reminder that a successful business isn't just about the numbers or the systems; it’s about the people and our commitment to getting better every single day.

Building a life of freedom requires both a strong body and a sharp mind. Another day of growth physically, mentally and in business!

War, layoffs, and uncertainty today

Shorter exercise session today
just enough to stay grounded , also to keep showing up ,
as I prepare mentally for tomorrow’s major business event.

Today I learned that… “time management” might be too superficial. It’s really about priorities, energy, and clarity!
