She offers holistic Hawaiian massage to enhance your health and wellbeing, to provide relief from stress and muscular tensions, facilitate detox and promotes circulation and deep relaxation. Pregnancy Massage is one of her specialities. Her experience, skills, professionalism and warm personality has taken her to France, Bali and Sri Lanka working in some of the world's top retreats and resorts. Carita is also a yoga teacher in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin and Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Her classes are simple yet challenging, extremely grounding and nourishing.
