Behind every smile is a story - and Hillary Chuaโ€™s is one of resilience, love, and progress. Born with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, even basic dental care was once a challenge. But with the recognition of special care dentistry as Singaporeโ€™s eighth dental specialty, patients like Hillary now have access to compassionate and tailored care.
