The haze in Singapore worsened considerably on Wednesday afternoon, with the Pollutant Standards Index climbing to 170 in the "unhealthy" range at 2pm. Air becomes very unhealthy when the index passes 200. (Straits Times, 2013)

See you all later at the Start Line of Official Sundown Marathon Singapore! :-)

Into its sixth edition this year, Sundown Marathon has grown into the largest night race in the region with an expected turnout of 30,000 runners. The security and safety of our participants and spectators is our top priority as we look to bring a top-notch night race experience to thousands of running fans in Singapore and across the region.

Enhanced security measures have been put in place throughout the entire two days of Sundown Marathon. We do advise all participants to arrive early for the security screening to avoid delays. Please travel light and avoid bringing bulky items as all baggage will be screened at the security checks.
