We celebrated Easter Sunday, remembering how Jesus, our living hope, conquered death and rose again โœ๏ธ. Because He lives, we have victory, hope, and new life in Him โค๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ

Today, we also celebrate 5 new additions to the family who have committed themselves to the path of Christ, taking the step of baptism and boldly declaring themselves as disciples of Christ ๐Ÿ™Œ

Thank You Jesus for the blood applied โ™ฅ๏ธ

This Good Friday, we commemorate the day Jesus gave His life and washed us clean from our sins.

Ps Navin asked us: When we do our worst, what does God do? When we look at the tensions of the world today, we see the anxiousness and selfishness of man, yet when we look to the cross, we see a selfless Man who carried our burdens. The weight of our sin was laid upon Him.

When we see this, can we truly turn away from the One who has forgiven us and paid the price for our sins? Let us come back to Him as He opens the way, and remain at the foot of the cross.

WHY Series: Why do we have the CNL Rhythm? ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒ 

You would know that we as a church emphasize rhythms: our daily rhythm of waking up strong and not going to bed wrong, our monthly rhythm of prayer meetings and Family Sundays, and our annual rhythm of the lectionary and following the church calendar! But why do we have such a specific rhythm to follow? What is the difference between rhythm and discipline?

Last Fridayโ€™s prayer meeting reminded us that God is calling us to purify our hearts, not by our own efforts, but by surrendering ourselves fully to Him so that He can create in us a new heart. ๐Ÿค

What a joyful way to begin the year together!

Today, we opened our doors and hearts to friends and neighbours from the community as we celebrated Chinese New Year as one family. From worship and a warm community lunch, to family art (Chinese calligraphy & couplets), CNY wreath crafting, a fun photobooth, and even haircut servicesโ€”it was a day filled with connection, laughter, and shared moments โค๏ธ

At Centre of New Life, our Open Home events are about creating a welcoming space where anyone can come to experience our Sundays, encounter Godโ€™s love, build friendships, and join in our community life.

Many thanks to the project team, leaders and helpers who have helped to make today a warm and fun experience for our visitors!
