Trigger your Gut-Brain Axis ASAP 🧠🔁🦠 Don’t wait and have what you eat directly feed your mood. Pairing Prebiotics (the food) with Probiotics (the good bugs) creates a massive gut-healing, mood-boosting effects.

Here is exactly why the pairings above matter:

🍌🥣 Oats & Bananas + Yogurt/Kefir
The Magic: The fiber in oats and green bananas feeds the live cultures in yogurt.

The Mood Boost: This combo signals your gut to produce serotonin—your brain’s natural “happy chemical.”

🍚🥬 Cooled Rice + Kimchi/Natto
The Magic: Cooling cooked rice changes its structure into “resistant starch.”

The Mood Boost: When kimchi digests this starch, it produces GABA, a natural anti-stress transmitter that hits the brakes on anxiety and lowers cortisol.

🥑🍞 Avocado Sourdough + Tempeh
The Magic: The hearty fibers in sourdough and avocado unlock the fermented power of tempeh.

The Mood Boost: It releases tryptophan directly to your brain—the exact building block your body needs to make mood-boosting serotonin and sleep-regulating melatonin.

🥤🫧 Fruit Smoothie + Kombucha
The Magic: Plant fibers feed kombucha’s active yeast and bacteria cultures.

The Mood Boost: This team-up creates powerful antioxidants that flush out toxins and reduce inflammation, directly fighting off morning brain fog :)

🧠ActivHealth Multibiotics 🏃‍♀️
The Magic: Don’t have time to prep? These are clinically researched, super-specific strains of bacteria.

The Mood Boost: They are scientifically proven to bypass standard digestion to directly increase dopamine (motivation) and lower stress fatigue.

Try these out, and thanks us later 😉

THANK YOU CAREGIVERS! 💙🤍💙

You are seen. You are heard. To the autism caregiver who is running on dry shampoo, reheated coffee, and pure, fierce love today: thank you and we love you 🤍
Often, society praises autism parents by calling them “superheroes,” but that title can feel heavy and isolating when what you really need is a village, a break, and a system that actually works.
If you have a friend or family member raising an autistic child, you might not see the sheer amount of invisible labor happening behind the scenes.

We’ve included some ways to better support caregivers, and to be mindful of what we say, even when we have with good intentions.

We often hear that autism is “invisible,” but many in the community are moving away from that label.

Why? Because calling it invisible suggests that being autistic is something that can—or should—be hidden. When we learn to recognize autistic communication and regulation, the “invisibility” fades away. It’s not a lack of social skills; it’s a different social language.
Society has conditioned us to look for narrow stereotypes—the “savant,” the “quiet child,” or the “meltdown.” When we don’t see those, we assume someone is neurotypical with unwarranted or strange behaviour. This forces autistic people to mask their true selves just to survive. 🎭

Let’s commit to unlearning the stereotypes and learning the reality of neurodivergent life.

Is the pink I see the same as the pink you see?

Have you ever wondered why a simple trip to the grocery store, a casual conversation, or a sudden change in plans can feel effortless to one person, but completely overwhelming to another?

For a long time, the world viewed these differences as autistic “deficits.” But the truth is much more beautiful—and much more complex. It comes down to having entirely different “operating systems.”

Like when neurotypical brains naturally filter out background noise and read unspoken social cues, autistic brains take in everything at once. This means the flickering lights, overlapping conversations, and unwritten social rules aren’t just minor distractions; they take a massive amount of physical and mental energy to process.

When neurotypical and autistic people interact, we often run into the Double Empathy Problem. It’s not that autistic people lack empathy or social skills! Instead, it’s like two people speaking completely different languages.

🔹 To a neurotypical person, avoiding eye contact or giving literal feedback might seem rude.

🔹 To an autistic person, looking away helps them listen better, and direct honesty is a sign of respect.

🔹 When an autistic person shares a personal story to comfort a friend, they aren’t making it about themselves—they are saying, “I have felt this pain, and you are not alone.”

When we don’t understand these differences, the burden of translating often falls entirely on the autistic person. Autistic burnout.

True autism awareness isn’t just acknowledging autism. It’s living alongside Autism. It’s giving each other grace, communicating more directly, and realising there is no one right way to process the world—just different ones. 💙

We all share the same world, but we don’t all experience it the same way. 🌍✨

If you’d like, We’d love to hear how you process the world, and stories where someone showed you grace or misunderstood you.

He hates it loud, but he’s the loudest in the room right now! What gives? Are they even autistic?! 😡

Autistic people typically portray what seems to be contradictory behaviour, and neurotypical people often see that as inconsistent and confusing, bringing into question the legitimacy or extent of their autism.

But often they’re not wrong. We are.
We’re simply locked behind the wrong logic. The key is empathy.

Imagine trying to work together with someone in a different language, but only you are trying to understand. For some that’s a daily struggle.

Autism affects how someone experiences things, so of course we wouldn’t understand how they feel unless they are able to share that with us. We don’t always deserve that luxury, so when we see conflicting behaviour, we know that it’s actually how autistic people experience and perceive the event that matters, and that patience and empathy is all that is needed 🧘‍♀️

And if you see someone confused, let them know this, and tell them it’s completely logical and normal.

We’d love to hear some of your experiences that others found peculiar! 💙
