1 small can chick peas
1 cup frozen vegetables

Drizzle Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper

Love the colours, the feel and the fit. Not too tight around the upper traps, easy to get into and particularly love the higher waist now that my abs are not what they used to be 😹🙏 Oh they work very well but gravity takes a pull on the skin over time, especially after having children or having gained and then lost weight.
