Mid- Autumn & Harvest Full Moon Vocal Toning, Singing Bowls & Meditation

This Harvest Full Moon is a powerful period for manifesting our desires into reality. So come join us this Sunday, 22 Sept 2024 at 7pm to experience profound healing, relaxation and inner harmony.

The session will start with a guided meditation, Vocal Toning and then you will be invited to lie down to enjoy a sound bath of Singing Bowls, Tank Drums, and any other instruments that might be called upon.

This week, we welcome the first full moon of 2024, the wolf moon.

The wolf moon will peak in sun-ruled Leo, and is a time of compassion, generosity, empowerment, selfishness, and greed.

Take this time to dig deeper into your desires and to make the necessary changes to bring more joy, passion, and happiness to your relationships, professional life, and daily routines.

This Sunday, let's take some time to take that in together.

Our voice is one of the most powerful tools for healing and meditation; when practiced together in a group with Tibetan Singing bowls and Tank Drums, the healing is more powerful and amplified.

Join us on 28 Jan 2024 Sunday at 7pm - 815pm in taking some time out for ourselves, in slowing down,  in re-centering and recharging for the month ahead.
