Honoring 22 Years of Leadership: Celebrating Junichi’s Legacy

An unforgettable evening it was on March 27, 2026, as we gathered to celebrate the retirement of Junichi Wakabayashi from Acteon Thailand.

The night was filled with esteemed dental luminaries from leading dental schools across Thailand, alongside our valued channel partners and the dedicated Acteon Thailand team—truly a meaningful tribute to a remarkable career.

The program opened with a heartfelt message from our Area Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Middle East, Chris Yip, who highlighted Junichi’s 22 years of exceptional leadership, unwavering commitment, and loyalty in driving the growth of Acteon Thailand. This was followed by warm messages of appreciation and farewell from distinguished guests of honor.

The evening also marked an important milestone as we officially passed the baton to his successor, Harvey Yeap, who will lead the team into its next chapter.

While Thailand will surely miss Junichi as he returns to his home country, Japan, we are pleased that he will continue to be part of the Acteon journey—supporting the strengthening of our business in Japan starting this April.

It was a great honor to host and spend time with leading dental radiologists, clinicians, and channel partners at Acteon Experts-Connect: Advancing Imaging Innovation.

The atmosphere throughout the meeting was truly inspiring as our program facilitator demonstrated how the capabilities of Acteon’s X-Mind Prime 2 and X-Mind Optima can be stretched beyond their conventional use—supported by the powerful AIS 3D App software and AI tools that accompany these systems.
