After 9 incredible years, Beloved Bumps is turning the page to an exciting new chapter.

What started as a small dream to create a supportive community for parents-to-be has grown into something so much bigger than I could ever have imagined — and that is entirely because of all of you.

To every family who attended a class, recommended us to a friend, came to a coffee morning, sent us a message, or trusted us during such a special chapter of your lives… thank you. You have shaped Beloved Bumps into the community it is today.

I am so excited to introduce Heena as the new owner of Beloved Bumps ✨ Her warmth, passion, and vision for the future make her the perfect person to lead BB into its next chapter.

Together with Mandy and Laura, they are committed to continuing to listen to what YOU want, supporting families through every stage of the journey, and growing alongside this wonderful community.

There are some very exciting things planned… so watch this space.

And for now — goodbye from me 🤍 Thank you for being part of the most incredible journey. If you are ever in Abu Dhabi, I would absolutely love to hear from you! The Beloved Bumps Community will always hold a special place in my heart, Tash x

She's back!

Recently had a baby?
Needing some feeding support?
Struggling to find a rhythm?

An IBCLC (and a midwife) is who you need at your doorstep. Our team of midwives, nurses and doulas are all here to support you postpartum. It's where it truly matters

Would you know if your baby was struggling to breathe?

Most parents say they would. But the signs are not always what you expect

Here is what to look for:

- Nostrils flaring
- Subcostal recession — skin pulling in below the ribs with every breath
- Intercostal recession — skin sucking in between the ribs, making each one visible
- Skin drawing in at the throat or above the collarbone
- A grunting noise at the end of breaths
- Unusually fast, slow or shallow breathing
- A bluish or grey tinge around the lips or fingers

Our First Aid for Parents class on 10th May walks you through recognising and responding to exactly these moments — calmly, confidently, and with a registered nurse by your side.

It's free. It's inclusive. And completely informal to ensure access to anyone who needs it. Exactly how postpartum support should be.

Every Tuesday our team of midwives are on hand for you to drop into our studio between 10am-12pm to ask advice, weigh your baby, assist with feeding and to make you a hot cup of coffee

With over 25 years experience between them, Mandy & Laura are out to give women the access to postpartum support they are used to providing across Australia and the UK. This is their way of bringing that support to Singapore & it's only the beginning 👀

SPOILER... your baby doesn't need that SNOO

Those early newborn days can feel like a lot, especially when it comes to knowing what you actually need.

Let us gently guide you through what’s helpful (and what’s not) when it comes to caring for your little one ~ from feeding and sleep to everyday newborn care.

Our Essential Newborn Workshop is about cutting through the noise, building confidence, and helping you feel prepared for those first few weeks.

No overwhelm. No unnecessary extras.
Just practical, evidence-based support — and a space to ask all your questions

The advice I wish I heard in my fourth trimester...

Not how to bounce back...
but how to properly nourish a body that just grew and birthed a baby.

At our Fueling in the Fourth Trimester event with from we had such an honest and refreshing conversation about postpartum nutrition, maintaining energy when sleep is unpredictable, and supporting milk supply - all while letting go of the pressure of bounce-back culture.

The fourth trimester deserves just as much care, patience, and nourishment as pregnancy itself.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in the conversation
