Do you know the Chinese calendar is actually lunisolar? The months follow the moon, while the year aligns with the sun.

To stay in harmony with nature’s rhythm, the year is further divided into 24 Solar Terms 二十四节气. This helps mark subtle changes in light, climate and seasonal energy acting as guide for living, farming, and cultivation.

The cycle approaches ending as we enter Great Cold 大寒, the deepest yin of winter where stillness completes the year and renewal quietly prepares to begin.

A stretch-based practice to explore and release tension and rigidity.
[DEEP DIVE]
A guided sound immersion for regulating nervous system and inner clarity.
All sessions are facilitated in small circle of 4 men, creating a supportive and comfortable space for participation. You are welcome to attend any session(s) according to what best suits your needs and timing.
