On Singapore's 59th Birthday today, Singapore Yoga Alliance is thrilled to announce our affiliation with Vivekanada Yoga Anusandana Samsthana (Vyasa), a renowned Yoga Organization led by the world-reknowned Yoga Guru, Dr. H.R Nagendra, who has worked relentlessly to spread the gift of yoga!
Our Director, Ms Corinna, representing Lotus Yoga and Singapore Yoga Alliance, signed the Memorandum with Dr. H.R Nagendra, Chancellor of Svyasa University at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (Svyasa) University, Bangalore.
With this Affiliation, we are delighted to bring together like-minded entities committed to:
- Elevating yoga education and standards beyond asanas
- Fostering a supportive community of yoga professionals
- Sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with the world
- Promoting Yoga Research and Traditions
Through this partnership, we will:
- Offer Svyasa University Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC) Courses
- Exclusive training and workshops certified by Vyasa
- Offer Courses conducted by authentic Yoga Masters and Professors
- Collaborate on community events and initiatives
- Enhance our teaching methods and resources
