Sometimes life gently reminds us to pause — and this interview felt like one of those moments.

I’m deeply grateful to Cheryl Goh and the wonderful team at CNA938 (especially Janine) for creating such a thoughtful and welcoming space for this conversation. Thank you for the warmth, the thoughtful questions, and all the unseen work behind making the live interview flow so naturally.

Sharing about sound healing, rest, and the intention behind the experiences I curate felt less like an interview, and more like a heartfelt exchange about how we can slow down and reconnect with ourselves in a fast-moving world.
