**Mango season is my favourite!!!**🥭🥭😋🥳 It’s the king of fruits for a reason, after all! Loved this amazing recipe by my personal sous-chef!
I don’t need to tell you all about mangoes, I believe. But let me give you a little advice for those who think mangoes are high in calories and unhealthy:
Yes, they are high in natural sugars, but they’re also rich in fibre! So instead of drinking a mango milkshake, eat the fruit whole. Any seasonal fruit is produced by nature for a reason – just live a little, guys!
Thanks to your junk food habits, inactivity, and certain pharma drugs, we Indians are already at high risk for developing diabetes. So, work out a bit more during mango season and eat a few extra mangoes guilt-free!
You can always lose the "mango belly" in the rainy season – which has already arrived!🥳
