❤️ 2 Key Strategies to Keep Your Heart Healthy

1️⃣ Get Moving – Regular exercise strengthens your heart, lowers blood pressure, and improves circulation. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week.
2️⃣ Go Plant-Based – A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds supports heart health and reduces the risk of heart disease. Say goodbye to processed meats and hello to colourful, fiber-packed plates!

💪 A stronger heart starts with what’s on your plate.
🫀 Small changes today = a stronger heart tomorrow.

🚨 Caffeine, Sugar, and Salt: What’s Safe for Your Heart?

Let’s bust some myths:

❌ MYTH: Caffeine is bad for your heart.
✅ TRUTH: In moderate doses, it improves focus and mental clarity without hurting your heart. Just skip the sugary add-ins and energy drinks.

❌ MYTH: Cutting sugar means no sweets at all.
✅ TRUTH: Natural sugars from fruits and whole grains support lasting energy—ditch the ultra-processed stuff.

❌ MYTH: Salt only matters if you have high blood pressure.
✅ TRUTH: High salt intake raises your risk even before symptoms show. Keep processed foods in check.

🔹 No pulse, not breathing
🔹 Needs immediate CPR and use of AED until medical help arrives

❤️ Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction):
🔹 Blood flow to the heart is blocked
🔹 The heart usually keeps beating
🔹 Person is often conscious
🔹 Symptoms: chest pain, nausea, shortness of breath
🔹 Call for medical help immediately

🧠 Knowledge saves lives.
💪 Learn CPR. Know the signs. Act fast. 💥
