Lots of sunshine outdoor play is what I encourage for good . There is no shortcut and using and lenses are not good enough on their own. Yesterday we had a fun day at a run with some children and staff whom you see when you come to the clinic. The mass work out and the Giant were a hit.

For many of you who are my patients , this is a reminder. For many of you who have not been seen in clinic before , habits are very important to control myopia. It’s not just about eye drops or lenses.

What causes myopia? What habit to break?
Breaking news! Sustained near work (less than an arm's length) of more than 20 min increases the risk of myopia progression! so take those eye breaks for far every 20 min for 20 min is my advice.

Yes I am taking mine morning and night. This is month three. I usually wait till end of three months to give my decision to whether I continue with it. So far , I’m see more plumping of the skin , my pores look small and I do look more radiant. I’m now in Switzerland and usually my skin would be dryer but it’s better hydrated. The area of pigmentation I don’t think has lightened much but that I think I need to persist for six months. But yet the rest of my skin on the body is much more even toned.
