Second call for our Manual Therapy For Spinal Condition Upper Quadrant 2024

In this practical training, participants will learn the advanced clinical skills of upper cervical spine assessment, manual therapy from anterior, lateral and posterior side.
Also, it will cover thoracic intervertebral and costovertebral assessment with manual therapy as well.

CPE 4 points for AHPC registered physiotherapists.

As we welcome the Year of the Dragon, we would like to inform you about our clinic's operating hours during the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, which falls on a long weekend from 10th to 12th February 2024 (Saturday to Monday).

Holiday Schedule:

Our clinic will be closed on 10th and 11th February (Saturday and Sunday).
We will be open for appointments on 12th February (Monday), the last day of the holiday.
We understand that healthcare needs can arise even during public holidays, and some clinics may be closed. To ensure you have access to care when you need it most, especially in case of any injuries, our clinic will be available to provide support on the 12th of February.

關於剛剛球王美斯來到香港踢友誼賽,但缺席落場呢單國際大新聞 , 相信很多人會很失望。

作為專業物理治療師 , 我地都可以理解運動傷患有很多種 。 例如最簡單的下肢肌肉撕裂 , 雖然好得很快 , 但當正席急性期 , 連基本走路都會有影響 , 你睇下佢係新聞片段行路有無輕微一拐一拐?

沒錯, 下肢肌肉撕裂可以很快痊癒 , 復原時間可能短至三至七天 , 但如果不好好保護而繼續做劇烈運動 , 傷勢加劇 , 復原時間就會倍增 。美斯令香港球迷失望是不幸 , 但如果他不管理好自己的身體 , 不但加速縮短球員生涯 , 還會令更多球迷、贊助商失望。 所以這些情況在運動界是真的無可避免的。希望大家都明白運動員以至球王都係人一個 , 運動創傷是管理上的真的是重中之重。相信香港有盛事之都美譽 , 市民和 政府又有高教育水平 , 一定會體諒。

只不過作為一個商業活動 球隊在公關技巧同entertainment 上的處理真的可以再好一點 , 例如碧咸可以出黎跳返個科目三 (但小心拗柴) , 政府一定很樂意再度邀請來港。
