In today's world, many retail stores and restaurants, under the guise of offering freebies, ask customers to leave fake five-star Google reviews. How many of these customers truly appreciate your service?
This message was sent to us by a grandmother visiting our store for the first time. She probably doesn't know what a Google Review is; she simply wanted to let us know how satisfied she is with her new glasses.
