Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei, founder of Komyo Reikido, recently led a KRD Shinpiden (Teacher) Workshop in Kauai, Hawaii — the birthplace of Hawayo Takata, who brought Reiki to the West.

Blessed with blue skies, sunshine, and a beautiful rainbow, it was a meaningful moment connecting deeply to the roots and lineage of Reiki.

A highly experienced Reiki Master Teacher and Shiatsu Trainer,

Thin Thin Lay brings over 20 years of healthcare and holistic healing experience. Trained as a Registered Nurse in Switzerland and later serving in New York, she combines Western medical knowledge with Eastern healing wisdom.

She specializes in meridian therapy, energy healing, and holistic wellness, and is also a certified health & wellness nurse coach and former instructor at the Ohashi Institute.

Known for her calm presence and deep compassion, she empowers students with practical skills to restore balance in body, mind, and energy.

We’re sharing our happy moments with our RC community coming together to serve with love — guiding our senior citizens through a gentle self-healing Reiki practice together.

This CNY celebration was not just about prosperity — it was about well-being, dignity, and community care. we gifted something deeper — calm, connection, and inner healing.
