Parents from Singapore’s international schools are also taking our lessons seriously.
Originally, there was supposed to be class tonight, but since the teacher was too tired, the evening session was moved to the afternoon. As a result, everyone who had signed up for tonight even took half a day off to attend—and the center was packed. Some participants have already attended three of the teacher’s sessions, yet they are still eager to keep learning.
👏 We truly admire this spirit of seeking wellness and knowledge.
Instead of relying only on doctors, why not learn Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and become your own family’s first line of health care?
✨ Today falls on a “Four Separation Day” (四离日)—these are special days around the equinoxes and solstices when Yin and Yang are in a tug-of-war. For example:
Spring Equinox & Autumn Equinox: day and night are equal, Yin and Yang balanced. But the day before, Yin and Yang forces clash like two opposing powers fighting for territory.
Summer Solstice: Yang energy is at its peak, but at the very height of strength comes decline.
Winter Solstice: Yin energy is at its strongest, and the day before is also a critical turning point.
On Four Separation Days, the energy field is chaotic—spring energy hasn’t fully left, while summer energy is rushing in, causing turbulence.
🌿 On such days, the best way to care for yourself is through moxibustion and resting early.
📌 The “Four Separation Days” are: Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, Beginning of Winter.
📌 The “Four Absolute Days” are: Beginning of Spring, Beginning of Summer, Beginning of Autumn, Beginning of Winter.
Tonight, remember—nourish your body well.
