20 November 2025. Today is governed numerologically by 4. The advice I am guided to offer is Make A Plan. I had been doing a lot of readings for clients who needed career direction, perhaps because they’re all doing some year end reflections. The first base to setting a career direction, is having a long term goal. If you are much younger than I am, and most are much younger than I am, can I just say you are never too young to be meticulous about planning for your future. Put a foolproof plan together, evaluate what your short term and long term goals are, and map out in detail how you would get there and what resources, skills, knowledge and experience you would need to garner to get there. Meticulous planning can only mean that you set your career up for success in the future. I would also highly recommend a mentor who can guide you through it all. Discuss your plans with him or her. Be very open and detailed about what help and support you require. This enables your mentor to understand and guide you better.
