⭕️ Reduce Sugar intake (Cakes, Bubble Tea, Desserts)
⭕️ Regular meals intervals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Soo were you like me when you first weighed out nuts and were like, “ 😲😲OMG that’s one serving!?”

Love making these guide for you guys to help with gaining more awareness to serving sizes.

Nuts are not inherently bad, just pretty calorically dense. So be mindful of them when you are snacking away! You can still eat nuts and see progress when it comes to fat loss, you just need to be mindful of your portion sizes.

Consider taking a look at some of these areas that indirectly influence energy balance…they just might be the culprit to your stalled progress!⠀⁣

First off, designing and carrying out any fat loss phase will require commitment, consistency, and patience. You didn’t gain all the extra weight overnight so realize that you will not lose it overnight either.⠀⁣

Some of the common culprits of stalled fat loss could include poor sleeping habits, poor hydration status, and not eating enough protein to just name a few.⠀⁣

Are you overdoing your cardio and neglecting other important factors (like resistance training and adequate protein intake)? More isn’t always better.⠀⁣

Today we would like to celebrate with Olivia her achievement so far on the program. We are so proud of her achievement

She is from Malaysia and current who is working in Singapore with her husband. She left her baby in Malaysia after her maternity leave ends. As a woman, she has been struggling to shed off her postpartum weight and check out her inspiring story below! 👇🏼

"I started my journey 8 months again. Before meeting my coach, I always feel not confident with my body shape and myself. Not dare to wear fit body shirt. Easy to get tired and less stamina to do workout. I thought skip my dinner will lost weight so I always skip my dinner. Never think that skip dinner will let my metabolism go down and not help me lose weight. I try many ways and workout to lose weight and slim down but still the same. I chance upon my coach on social media.

My coach personalised my program for me and coach me throughout my journey. I managed to achieve from wearing big size clothes to smaller size. I have more energy to do my workout. Slowly be confident to myself and the best part is i have lost 8kg over around 6-7months.

I'm grateful to have meet my coach as he always encourage me although I will cheat on my meal when in the program 🤭. He teaches me what to do after the cheat meal. I feel more confident as a person and I would like encourage others that they can do it too!"

This is every mother's dream!🤩 She is enjoying the process so much that this does not even feel like a "weight loss" journey. Everyone can do it.
