In response to feedback and requests from previous participants, we’re delighted to launch quarterly Ecotherapy 🌱 group sessions this year! ✨

You’re welcome to join as a one-off experience, or an ongoing continuous practice. Many participants choose to return regularly, allowing the work to deepen naturally over time. 🧘🏻

Requests for customised ecotherapy groups curated around your specific needs (including organisational, profession-specific, or larger public groups at a more affordable rate) are welcome. 😇 Please feel free to contact us if this is something you’d like to explore.

"There's a theory that says that life is based on a competition and the struggle and the fight for survival, and it's interesting because when you look at the fractal character of evolution, it's totally different. It's based on cooperation among the elements in the geometry and not competition." – Bruce Lipton

Over the weekend, I had the honour of facilitating another Ecotherapy group 🌿 with a dear colleague, Sylvia Sivanesan (Relationship Therapist and Trauma-informed Consultant).

Our group gathered to explore what it means to pause and rest within our selves, navigate life changes, honour our spontaneous childlike innocence, release what no longer serves, and gently plant the seeds of new beginnings. 🌾

As always, coming together outdoors was profoundly transformative.

The shifting weather 🌦️ invited us to adapt in the moment, reminding us that, like the natural world around us, we carry within us a deep resilience that rises with change.

It was a gift to witness the group’s resilience, courage and hope of what is yet to come. I was also heartened by how the group held one another with such gentleness and compassion.

My heart is full of gratitude 🙏🏼 - for every person who showed up with open hearts.

✨Your presence matters.

I’ve been in my head a lot lately. So I took myself to natural grounds 🌾 for a slow walk…to give some attention back to my heart and body, and to explore what I might have neglected during these past weeks of constant buzzing around.

At this quiet reservoir, I gave myself permission to wander gently. 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️
I felt the draw from a rain tree 🌳 ahead - its sturdy roots shaped like a natural bench seemed to beckon me for a rest.

So, I listened to Nature’s call on this rare afternoon where I gave myself permission to pause, sit, and receive from the natural world.

As I settled in, I felt the weight of what I had been carrying melt into the roots and down to the earth beneath. 🧘🏻 I felt grateful for its generosity in offering what I have been needing within: a quiet space to release and simply contemplate.

✨ Here’s a gentle reminder for you too:

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, may this be an invitation for you to let the natural world hold you for a while. And, it doesn’t have to be miles away from you.

May we all find pockets of peace — and may we give ourselves permission to step into them.🍃☘️

Blessing for a Healing Heart

May you listen deeply to the quiet things;
the rustle of leaves, the rhythm of your own breath,
until they teach you that you are whole.

May the wind carry away what is heavy,
and may the light find you
even in the places you thought were lost.
