1.減肥一定要一鼓作氣,如果三天打魚兩天曬網,這個過程就會適得其反

2.餓了打嘴,饞了喝水,帶着微微飢餓感入睡,第2天會有驚喜

3.放慢吃飯的速度,而不是狼吞虎嚥,等大腦反應過來的時候已經撐了

4.對於大基數,一開始不要盲目去運動,先從自己每天能吃什麼入手

5.不要一上來減肥就去吃水煮菜,我們肯定不能一輩子吃素

6.減肥跟着家裏人一起吃,只是減少量的攝入

7.不要吃太鹹的,因為身體這樣會鎖水,一鎖水體重就會上升

8.每天好好喝水,我是2000-3000毫升,因為脂肪離家出走需要水

9.一定不要把水果當晚餐,讓你發胖的不是肉,而是糖

10.16+8對於大體重來説很管用,早上9點前吃早飯,晚上17點前吃晚飯
