We provide after-sales service for all our medical items, except for repairs that cannot be done in Singapore we may have to send the item to our Principals’s country. We sell spares for Blood Pressure Monitors i.e. cuff for auto, mercury/aneroid meters, bulb and valve. Calibration of monitors shall be done at respective manufacturers’ factories. As for Hearing Aids – minor parts changes are being done in Singapore, but audio and sensitivity check would have to be done at our principal’s factory in Japan.
