What is cupping? And what is it good for?

In the TCM philosophy it’s good for pain, congestion, tiredness, lowered immunity, phlegm and stagnation as are the results of a blockage of ‘Qi’, blood, or energy. Cupping is therefore a method of clearing this blockage to restore the body’s natural flow of energy and thus alleviating pain, muscles aches, tiredness, low energy, brain fog, low mood/mild depression, stimulates your lymphatic system, removes phlegm, reduces bloating, relieves stress, gastric reflux, constipation, water retention, detoxification…..to name only a few!!😉

Hoping this finds you all well and thriving as we catapult ourselves into the Christmas season of Joy, Happiness, Love with a sprinkling of stress!!😊🎄🎅🏾🤶🏻 🎁 🌟

Firstly we, from both The Natural Clinic and from TZO, want to say THANK YOU so much to all those that came to support us at Boutiques Fair last weekend🙏🏻 it was so lovely to see so many familiar, beautiful faces and many new ones too😍🥰

We are so excited with what is happening with TZO and we are hoping to bring you MORE great products soon.
