These little changes/improvements… are they even improvements? It’s almost nothing… do they even count?
As each day passes, I’m sure we’re growing, improving, learning…. Somehow in some way we are getting better, closer to our dreams and goals.
And it all counts.
Those little “nothings”… if we add them up as the days and weeks go by, we’ll see how big a “something” they can become.
As my wife always says, Just be faithful with the little things.
Keep your ‘head’ focused on the plan and the goals. Let your ‘hands’ keep taking action, doing what needs to be done.
That way it doesn’t matter if your heart is worried and skeptical, or excited and motivated… because two (head and hands) will keep things moving forward.
Celebrating the little wins along the way allows your heart to see the benefits and successes, bringing our heart into alignment with our head and our hands.
When all three are in alignment, we are unstoppable!
And for you, a 51 year old with high BP, you are doing absolutely wonderfully. You’re really doing it, keeping to the game plan as much as possible, and your results are fantastic proof of your efforts! Keep it up and celebrate these little wins because cumulatively at 6kg weight loss in 23 days is 🤩👏👏👏💪💪💪
