Always a pleasure meeting Prof Langley and learning the art of managing difficult psoriasis. In Singapore we are spoilt for choice with 7 biologics approved for psoriasis, the latest being IL-17 and IL-23 inhibitors, which have a decent chance of 100% clearance, unlike older biologics.

Chronic eczema sufferers have more effective treatments to look forward to! Dupilumab biologic injection is already available here, but the new oral medications (where an impressive 90% can achieve more than 75% improvement) are still awaiting phase 3 clinical trials. One hopes they will be affordable in our users-pay healthcare system.

Impressive phase 2 results raise hope that oral medications will replace injections for atopic dermatitis.
