Hello! We're inviting you to join HeartTalk - learn about yourself as we explore new communication patterns, habits and engagement skills in a safe space with others who share similar experiences with social isolation and loneliness

✅ Inclusion Criteria
This programme is free of charge for individuals aged 50 and above :
- Facing the issue of social isolation and loneliness

- Keen to try various forms of art to help with self-expressions (includes art-making, play and body movement - No prior art background required; Individuals with mobility issues are welcomed - Please bring along your walking aids to the sessions!)

- Able to commit to 5 of the 6 sessions

- Agreeable to attend a compulsory pre-admission ZOOM interview🗓️ Workshop
