Animal Communication with Reiki Level 1 & 2 are upcoming on 26 & 27 July, 10.30am to 6.30pm.

This will be the last run of Level 1 & 2 for this year, while last run of Level 3 for this year will be 12 October.

The classes are open to students from Simply Reiki and Healers' Lodge.

How we think.

Where did it all come from?

The endless questions we ask...

Are they meant to reinforce what we already know?

To challenge others' truths?

Or to avoid seeing our own?

So many questions…
And yet, they tire us out.

But,
What if?
What if?
What if...

What if what we believe isn't the absolute truth?

In that one “what if,”
A step begins—
A journey of seeking.

Toward the unveiling of Relative Truth.

And eventually, the arrival at Universal Truth.

Reiki on, folks.

Life is like a cup of tea.

You only know its true flavor by slowly savoring it.

Six lovely (and very human) souls joined us for this month’s Experiencing Reiki.

Here’s a little brain (and heart) dump of what we chatted, and felt, together today...

~

What does it mean to express ourselves in truth?

To speak from the heart, with honesty bathed in love.

And our presence, how does it carry us?

Are we at peace with how we show up, across moments, across times?

We are not perfectly authentic, nor authentically perfect.

But the soul never asked us to be.

Authenticity is the sacred act of embracing all that we are, light and shadow, strength and tenderness.

It is the quiet knowing that, in each breath, we are already enough.

That simply by being, we are already doing our best.

In our recent Reiki 1 class on 24 & 25 May, we stepped beyond and teased ourselves apart what we thought we knew.

We think we choose.
We think we decide.

And sometimes,

We think we cannot choose.
We think we cannot decide.

How did our life scripts come about?
How did our values and belief system come about?

Who handed us the boxes we now live in?
Who kept us in the boxes?

Are we living life?
Are we still living in the boxes?

Huh?

Sometimes the most sacred thing we can gift ourselves is to 'huh?' and pause...

The “huhs” crack the boxes open, little by little.

Four lovely souls joined us this evening for our monthly Experiencing Reiki.

Penning down here the thematic learning for today's session.

Imagine you have a closet.

Inside the closet are all your clothes that you would wear to suit different occasions.

Some pieces are your favourite because they easily make you enjoy it or feel good with it or help you receive praises or approving looks.

Yet there are some clothes that you hate because they make you feel uncomfortable, belittling or ugly.

And there are some clothes whose existence are forgotten. Yet they still take up closet space, and they might also get mouldy and affect the whole closet in unseen ways.

Which clothing are you turning up in today?

What if the whole experiencing of how you feel towards each clothing carry deep learning of soul-deep truth, what truth?

And if, taking a step back, what if who we are, is the being that designed such a wardrobe of these self-chosen clothing?

Why would our being do so?
For what?
