Inspired by the teachings of Buddha and after 20 years of solitary retreat, Grandmaster JinBodhi developed a guided meditation methodology that enables the practitioner to experience a deep relaxation, discharge negative energy and which activates the body’s innate healing abilities. 99%* of our Health and Fitness program students experience an overall improvement in health and a more positive and balanced state of mind after 8 days of practice. (*Based on internal surveys of students in 2012)

The guided meditation instructions and teachings are secular. Today, Bodhi Meditation has over 20 meditation centres in major cities around the world, from Vancouver, New York and LA in North America to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Busan and Kuala Lumpur in Asia. Bodhisattva teachings, made accessible by Grandmaster JinBodhi to inspire sentient beings to transform their lives – from illness to health, from suffering to happiness, from greed to compassion and from darkness to light.

Energy Bagua is one of Grandmaster JinBodhi’s many easy-to-learn and effective meditation methods, particularly suitable for the health and wellness needs of fast-paced modern lifestyles.
