Birth Mayya Birth doula services as well as infant, breastfeeding and childbirth classes and consultations

I am a doula, former emergency ambulance paramedic, certified Swedish and postpartum massage therapist, and a breastfeeding advocate. I'm also a happy mum of 4, all birthed with the aid of experienced midwives. Necessary medical assistance for some women saves lives of both mums and babies. However, the majority of women can birth safely without the use of drugs and interventions. I believe with the right physical, mental, emotional and spiritual preparation and support, all women can achieve the birth of their dreams. And I am proud to support women in their pregnancy, birth and postpartum goals.
