📣Grandpa, Grandma — your precious little ones are here!🌟

26 kids from Tzu Chi Great Love Preschool (Sengkang) brought love and laughter to the SEEN @ Bukit Batok.

Seniors sang, danced, took photos 📸, and exchanged handmade gifts 🎁 — a joyful morning of intergenerational bonding and young-at-heart moments! 💖

📣阿公阿嫲们，您们的“金孙”来啦！🌟

26位来自慈济大爱幼教中心（盛港）的小朋友，把满满的爱带到慈济乐龄长青馆（武吉巴督）。孩子们的到来让长青馆瞬间热闹起来，阿公阿嫲们笑着唱、开心跳，还和孩子们一起合影 📸。

🎨✨ Splashes of Color, One-of-a-Kind Umbrellas

About 30 seniors gathered at the SEEN@Nanyang, each holding colorful markers to design their very own umbrella.

👵 80-year-old Grandma Yong, with the support of Tzu Chi volunteers, proudly completed her first-ever painting. With a joyful smile, she said:
“I don’t know how to read or write, and I never went to school. This is my very first time painting with watercolor pens.”

In just two hours, plain red umbrellas were transformed into vibrant, hand-painted creations 🌂🌸.

💡 Beyond the beautiful artwork, this activity helped seniors stay focused, exercise hand coordination, and build confidence — while enjoying companionship and a sense of being cared for.

📸 Relive these heartwarming moments through our photo collection and celebrate the joy of creativity with our seniors!

🎨✨ 挥洒彩色笔，画出独一无二的花雨伞

大约30位长者聚集在慈济乐龄长青馆（南洋），人手一支彩色笔，为自己彩绘独一无二的雨伞。

👵 八旬的杨阿嫲，在慈济志工的陪伴下，也完成了属于自己的彩绘。满脸欢喜的阿嫲说：
“我不认识字，没上过学，这是我第一次拿水彩笔画画。”

两小时的时间，原本纯红色的雨伞，都化身一把把色彩缤纷的花雨伞 🌂🌸

💡 雨伞彩绘活动不仅让长者动手动脑，锻炼专注力与手部协调，还能在创作中建立自信，感受到陪伴与被关怀的温暖。

“Legacy In Colours” wrapped up with success!🎉
This event showcased how ageing can be dynamic and expressive — not dull or passive.

On this beautiful afternoon, about 160 seniors from SEEN@Nanyang and SEEN@Bukit Batok gathered at the Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre. Together with Mr Murali Pillai , Senior Minister of State for Transport and Law, and Mr. Low Swee Seh, the CEO of Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore). They celebrated SG60 while also sharing their learning achievements from SEEN.

✨At SEEN, an Active Ageing Centre (AAC) is not just a place for seniors. It also highlights intergenerational co-creation: youth bring energy and creativity to seniors, while seniors share their wisdom and experiences to inspire the younger generation — a true win-win spirit.

💡 When seniors stay active, society stays vibrant. Beyond SEEN@Nanyang and SEEN@Bukit Batok, Tzu Chi will also be launching a brand-new concept AAC — GLOW — this coming November. Stay tuned!

这天，来自 SEEN@Nanyang 和 SEEN@Bukit Batok 的 160 位长者齐聚 慈济人文青年中心，与 交通及法律部高级政务部长 Murali Pillai 先生及 慈济基金会（新加坡）执行长 刘瑞士共庆 SG60，长者们也透过表演分享在 SEEN 的学习成果。
