April is Stress Awareness Month — and if you’re in Singapore, you probably didn’t need a reminder that stress is real.

9 in 10 people here report feeling the pressure. 2 in 3 employees are burnt out. 1 in 3 young people is dealing with severe anxiety, depression, or stress.

We’re not sharing these figures to be grim. We’re sharing them because stress is often invisible — to others, and sometimes to ourselves. And because when we know what we’re dealing with, we can actually do something about it.

Swipe through for a look at what chronic stress really looks like in Singapore — and what genuinely helps.

And if you’ve been running on empty for a while, we’re here. You don’t have to wait until you hit a wall.

Today is World Bipolar Day — and we want to mark it with honesty, not a highlight reel.

Bipolar disorder is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions — often reduced to mood swings or dismissed as a personality trait. But the lived reality is far more nuanced than that. It can look like fog so thick you can’t find words. It can look like feeling unstoppably capable, then not recognising yourself in the aftermath. It can look like a version of depression that doesn’t cry, and a version of energy that doesn’t feel safe.

Swipe through for a closer look at what bipolar disorder actually is — including the difference between Bipolar I and II, and what depression, mania, and hypomania can each look like in real life.
To anyone living with bipolar disorder — your experience is valid, your life is meaningful, and you deserve care that actually understands you.
