It was our New Moon in Leo Healing Circle 2025, and the themes that came through was of lightening the heart and childhood innocence.

Leo rules all things fun and pleasurable. It’s as though it’s imploring us to carve out time for what gives us joy, no matter how busy and over-stimulating our life gets. Leo wants to see you become a child again.

Because only as a child, could we see the world with different lenses. We were more curious; we dared to experiment; we laughed often; we hardly got bored; we found wonder, inspiration and excitement in the simplest of things.

We tend to forget these childlike qualities as we age. But it is these childlike qualities that would inspire a passion-fuelled career; preserve and maintain a healthy mind and body; spark passionate and meaningful relationships; and allow us to answer our life’s deepest questions.

The next time you go about your life, making your decisions and pursuing your endeavours… tune in to that inner child of yours… that mini-me inside of us. And then see how they react to everything you do or say.

Sometimes, you may be happy with a decision you took, but if you tune in to your inner child, they may be feeling otherwise… maybe sad? Angry? Fearful? That’s when you’ll know something is amiss. The goal is to make sure your inner child and the grown-up you share the same sentiments.

We’ve got a new moon in Leo on Friday, 25 Jul 2025, at 3:11 AM, Singapore time.

Where’s the party at? Leo, our superstar extraordinaire, takes the stage and brings the house down! This should be one of those times for fun, fun, fun!

Okay, let me elaborate. Whenever Leo hits the scene… be fabulous. Be bold. Be creative. This is not the time to shy away from the spotlight, or to be modest or humble. If you’ve got it, flaunt it! The world wants to recognise you, and so do you!

So all you artists and performers, go do your thing. Do it twice as loud, twice as beautiful. If you have a hidden talent, now’s the time to reveal it. If you’ve secretly harboured a desire to sing, dance, paint, sew, sculpt, write… you get the idea—start creating!

Oh, and don’t get me started on romance. Where the lovebirds at? Hopeless romantics, the stage is yours. Serenade us with your love songs. Recite poems that speak to our souls. Seduce us with all you’ve got. If you’ve been eyeing that someone, or looking to pop the question, don’t wait!

It was a weekend of angelic magic with the Ceremony of Archangel Metatron. This tall archangel, known as the scribe of God, is all about the themes of Ascension, Transformation, and Alignment.

Anyone on the path of spiritual awakening and intuitive development can benefit from Metatron’s energy. Our goal, after all, is spiritual ascension or enlightenment, where we liberate ourselves from the chains of cause and effect, and transcend the physical planes into higher dimensions.

And Archangel Metatron specialises in that, helping us understand how our past causes have resulted in our present, and how the present causes will result in our future. This gives us an appreciation of the bigger picture, and highlights the power of our choices in creating our reality.

Archangel Metatron also aligns us more with our soul wisdom. The opposite of this is when we give in to the whims of the ego and the glamour of material life. We are unaware, ignorant… swayed by other people’s opinions… unconsciously reacting rather than consciously responding… unable to discern our inner directive… the voice of our soul.

Here in Singapore, there are also more souls incarnating as “special needs” or “neuro-divergent” individuals. Hence, there will be more parents and professionals who need to work with such souls. The timing for this ceremony couldn’t be more apt, as Archangel Metatron has a purpose in guiding both these souls and their caretakers.

And so we came together to heal with Archangel Metatron on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels; we attuned ourselves with his energy; and we petitioned him to work his magic in our lives.

It was our Full Moon in Capricorn Healing Circle 2025, and it was quite significant given our attitudes to work and career, especially being in Singapore.

I guess work and career carry significant weight for most Singaporeans. The usual expectations of finding a job, building a career, being good at our profession, having a good work ethic… all these have been ingrained into us, implicitly and explicitly. It’s just part of the collective energy of being Singaporean—the “Singapore Spirit”, as they say.

So we mostly end up defining ourselves by the work that we do. “Engineer”. Doctor”. “Analyst”. “Consultant”. But the underlying message that came through was, “we are not *just* our career. We are much more than that.” And our job (pun intended) is to explore that other part of us.

So if we’re not just our job, then who are we? Why are we here? Can we be defined by something or a few things? Can we really be defined at all?

And so we were told to use the simple—yet profound—I AM statement/decree, which is short for I AM THAT I AM, representing our higher/divine self that is one with God. On the one hand, you can affirm with it: I AM abundant, I AM healthy, etc. But its deeper meaning lies in just our contemplation of “I AM”.

Can you see that in infinite existence, you can be anything you want to be… and yet you are also none of those things? It’s because your true essence is beyond those things… those labels… those definitions. The truth is that, you just *are*. And that same truth is reflected when you affirm: “I AM”.

We’ve got a full moon in Capricorn on Friday, 11 Jul 2025, at 4:36 AM, Singapore time.

Put on your best dress as Capricorn is here to shine a spotlight on your work, your achievements, and your professional road ahead! This is a time for either career recognition or career transition.

I’ll start with the former. If you’ve been diligently working hard at your job, this should be your time to receive your rewards—whether in pay, title, or some form of recognition. Maybe it’s award season for your industry, and I hope you’ll garner some accolades to your name.

On that note, Capricorn also talks about your ambition. So if you’re happy where you are, what do you envision yourself doing or becoming in X years’ time? Where do you see yourself going? And how do you plan to achieve it? Now’s the time to chart out your career trajectory.

If rewards and recognition are not forthcoming, you’ll probably need to remind people of your value. I just hope they won’t keep forgetting in future. Because if they do, are they really appreciating you? What do you get by staying? What’s stopping you from finding a better environment?

Of course, you don’t need to leave only because of underappreciation. You may just have an inner knowing that your time there is up, and it’s time to find something new. You may crave for a career change, a different job scope, or choose to pursue something more meaningful and purposeful.

Speaking of life purpose, I’ve always been an advocate for making your vocation your profession. But I understand not everyone’s life purpose involves their job or career. Either way, make time for your purpose, your calling. Because it is this that would make your life more satisfying and worth living.

What a lovely 10th Anniversary Gratitude Circle & Potluck we had. I couldn’t be more appreciative of all who came to mark it with me, and those who wanted to come but couldn’t make it.

From the first day I began doing this work till today, it has been a journey of surrender, trust, and faith in God/Source/Spirit/the Universe—whatever you want to call it. It was—and still is—the biggest lesson in letting go… in dying to my ego… and being in constant communion with that higher power.

Some days it’s hard. Some moments it’s pure doubt. Some plans I can’t control. Some results I don’t like. But there it is again… “die to your ego… it’s not about you… it has *never* been about you… it’s about them… it’s about the greater plan… it’s about how you can be of use… how you can best serve… how you can be an instrument in the unfolding.”

And if you’re reading this, perhaps this is something that applies to your own path. It is never about you. It is about how you can best be of service to others and to the greater plan.

It’s the ultimate lesson in humility, isn’t it?

Ashoka Healing celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year! I am truly appreciative of the support you’ve given me, whether you just got to know me yesterday or from yesteryears. Without you, the past 10 years wouldn’t be possible—so thank you!

Personally, this year also marks 20 years since I had my spiritual awakening—or “spiritual big bang”, as I like to call it. And I still continue to tread the path of re-membering who I am, who we all are, and what our souls are here for.

The search for truth is an eternal one, because as much as we are putting the pieces together, we are also creating new pieces… new realities… expanding the puzzle, enlarging our consciousness in an infinite spiral… where past and future become even more indeterminate… and perhaps only the present—our current choices—has the power to rewrite our “past”, and dictate our “future”… for only the present matters… and, if you think about it, only the present exists.

And it is in this NOW, that I choose to meet you. I can’t change your past, I can’t change your future… but I can perhaps change your present. The rest will, in my experience, sort itself out.
